This is a corporate informational website. We collect very little personal information:

  • Contact information you give us voluntarily — if you email or call us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
  • Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps. Used to diagnose technical issues and protect against abuse.

We do not use marketing cookies, behavioural advertising, or third-party tracking pixels on this site.

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Provide professional advice or quote tailored to your needs
  • Maintain a record of our correspondence

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. How we store it

Personal information is stored on systems located within Australia where reasonably possible. Email correspondence is stored on Google Workspace (Australia region).

We retain personal information only as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law (typically 7 years for business records).
